Repeat purchase rate

Customers with 2+ orders ÷ total customers in the same window × 100. Pull both from Shopify Analytics → Customers report over a 60–90 day window.

Customer LTV

AOV × average orders per customer × gross margin. Use a fixed cohort window so you can compare cohorts over time, not a rolling all-time figure.
